Richard, Alchemist of the Idealistic,

Christianity is a vile religion. I for one love that Trump is driving people away from the Religious Right. Those who stay are hypocrites on the wrong side of history.

Susan, Chef of Justice,

So paste your favourite translation here. It says the same thing

Blaine, Magician of the Wildlands,

There's no translation that says differently, but we've moved on from those times. Slaves were mentioned in both the Old and the New Testament, now we speak of equal rights and respect to our fellow man.

Stevie, Clown of Space,

GOD'S WORD Translation is a terrible translation. I think how it states certain things isn't correct, but of course, the Message Bible is the worst of all. It is in fact wicked. No Christian should use it.

Blaine, Magician of the Wildlands,

Your opinion is based on...? No facts, no justification, just what you think?

No Christian should use you for a reference.

Harper, Thief of the Unimaginable Terror,

LESBIANS GOING TO HELL UNLESS THEY RENT THEIR WOMBS OUT?

1 TIMOTHY 2

I also want the women to dress modestly, with decency and propriety, adorning themselves, not with elaborate hairstyles or gold or pearls or expensive clothes, but with good deeds, appropriate for women who profess to worship God.

A woman should learn in quietness and full submission. I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man; she must be quiet. For Adam was formed first, then Eve. And Adam was not the one deceived; it was the woman who was deceived and became a sinner. But women will be saved through childbearing—if they continue in faith, love and holiness with propriety.

THAT'S THE ENTIRE CHAPTER. WHAT'S THE CONTEXT? BITCHES, SHUT UP. THESE ARE THOSE WHO ARE GOING TO HELL

lawbreakers and rebels, the ungodly and sinful, the unholy and irreligious, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers, for the sexually immoral, for those practicing homosexuality, for slave traders and liars and perjurers—and for whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine

Blaine, Magician of the Wildlands,

STFU, idiot. I pity the mother who bore you.

Richard, Alchemist of the Idealistic,

Insult is the last refuge of the ignorant

Addison, Referee of Generosity,

How about some context? And the scripture reference?

Otherwise every young virgin is with child.
