Andy, Carpenter of the Satisfied,
sorry but that isn't the long form birth certificate. wouldn't get ya into little league.
Blaine, Magician of Darkness,
Really?  And here I had to round up exactly such a certificate to get my boys their passports. US passports.  The "original" is useless because it isn't standardized - not across cities, not across states, not across time.
Ash, Engineer of Good,
Department of Health Spokeswoman Janice Okubo stated that Hawaii "does not have a short-form or long-form certificate." http://www.starbulletin.com/columnists/kokualine/20090606_kokua_line.html    Tard.
Brett, Peasant of the Hungry,
The document referenced is a legally certified certificate that constitutes legal evidence that Mr. Obama was born in the state of Hawaii.  That it is not a "long form" certificate does not alter its status as prima facie evidence of Mr. Obama's birth in that state.
Aubrey, Superintendent of the Wicked,
I'm pretty sure a short form birth certificate does get most people into little league.
Andy, Carpenter of the Satisfied,
not for cheerleading, not for school, not for little league
