Confused

so theres this guy, we've had a casual thing since summer, so its been awhile. have tons of fun together, and serious IS NOT what im looking for, so its good. but i guess i just wanted him to step up and like do little things. we go out on dates and stuff, and hangout all the time, even in small groups its fine, but a couple weeks ago we went to a party and he just kinda acted like we werent together even though we'd hung out all day. im a tough chick, dont like feeling like anyone even has the power to play me, so i decided to just leave without him and sleep at my friends house even though we'd planned to leave together. i told him this and left. within the next couple days i called him and ended it. I just thought it was the safest thing for me, i didnt want to get played. i didnt really explain why, and now we have a class together where we sit next to eachother and do partner stuff pretty much all day. LAME i still like him, and he said he wants to hangout and talk about "us" which is confusing. but then about a week or so went by and he hasnt made any plans. should i bring it up? is he even worth it? im just super confused. still like him but kinda know that i shouldn't.
