annoying manager

dude, this guy is a complete piece of crap, a burden on the planet. I just don't understand why someone of his kind should be allowed to lead the team. He just doesnt listen to anyone and keeps singing his own tune irrespective of however crappy it might be. Not only is he short sighted, I guess if it weren't for ppl like him, the software industry could've made much more progress. God, please help me find a better job or a better boss
