This woman thinks she all that, she took an Internet course to become an Executive Director at a nursing home "not to knock Internet education" she must have cheated her way through, because she has no idea of how to run the facility, shes letting employees drag patients to their rooms and forcing them to get baths, is this not abuse, one lady moved out because they talked to her so ugly they treated her like trash basically I was told if she started talking to someone to go tell her to shut her mouth, oh hell no! I'm not talking to her like that because that's abuse! one time i took a picture of the wall and the executive director said "that's a hippa violation" I'm like uh no its not !!!! its a wall it shows abuse and your pet is abusing the patients dumb-ass!

I hope someone turns her in and they close the place and make it where this bitch cant be over any kind of nursing home ever again, she made a big deal because they passed inspection, actually they put on a show for the inspector.... were not nurses therefor we can only do so much, she was having people give shots to a patient but when it come down to it there was another patient that had shots to we did not know any diff we gave the other her shot whats the diff with this one, she threatened to kill me I told her to bring it on ! then I said don't threaten me.

well i worked with this slut before she took this Internet course she was a nurses aid who sucked up to the LPNs she was useless when it came to patient care and when you needed her help she was conveniently missing, she would not help out in giving baths, she was really rude to the patients telling the patients it was not her job that it was mine, then she would walk off and leave the patient and go smoke with the LPN.

People like this need to be put in their place, they are the folks that make it hard on the real worker, she is just to immature to be over any facility let alone when it comes to the heath and welfare of another human being!!!
