I know for a fact that some of the Sales people are using a diffrent window sample than the one they put in your house.  The sample is of a better quality Simington window the window your getting is a less quality Wincor.  So beware!

     Yes I am aware of that.

     I was a sales rep in cleveland and saw first hand other reps doing the same thing.  i left the company because i felt bad about selling items with 70% mark up.  they needed that to pay the rediculous management salaries
