Two months ago I bought a car from brown daub kia and i never got my paperwork for the car mike in finance is a fast talking liar and never returns my calls. iam making my first car payment and still no paperwork and no return phone calls. Buyer beware here tom ring can kiss more than my mother in law

I had a similar experience. Their "after the sale" customer service is less than acceptable. No one calls back, no one cares.
I now service my Kia Soul at Keystone Kia, no more brown daub for me, in fact mr ring should kiss my mother in law.

I purchased a kia from brown daub last month. A lot was don't very fast at first. I had to wait for the car I wanted because it was stored at the holding lot. The car had to be jumped before I left and I was assured it would fine by the time I went home. The next day when I went to work it would not start again. Needless to say I was late to work, for the first time in over 15 years. Also I was initially missing paperwork, and later found out that I was financing for 7 years not 5, I had to refinance at my credit union but at a higher payment. This experience was awful. I think that if you have to advertise that you are the best, you most likely not. In the future I will go with my son where he buys his cars.

Took car to get fixed and no wrarnty he said that I can leave and my car no get fixed at there place I did damage on drivr but I said that I only put 800 mile on it and they said not fixing it. I've never personally been there, but I can tell you I never WILL. Not because I've been hearing bad things about them (there IS a lot of complaints I've heard) but I won't go there because of their ridiculously ANNOYING advertising. Several friends of mine and myself joke that we are going to go there just to test drive a car and request Tom comes with us. Then we are going to say "I wanna! I wanna! I wanna junk punch ya!" Seriously... this tops all the fake, poorly scripted and poorly acting advertising that car dealerships are known for. This is the worst of the worst! It just screams SLEAZY car salesmen and ripoffs! Try being mature and sincere for once.

Insulting advertising is catchy and memorable but insulting nonetheless.
Plus, it doesn't inspire trust when making what is most likely the second largest purchase in life.

t is a scam!!! a nickel down and 199 payments. what the real deal is the payments are 199. every two weeks and with 4.3 weeks in a month this puts your payments over 400.00 not including tax and tags of course. CLEVER But Very Sleeeeeeazy. I hope someone's mother in-law has herpes
