i don't get why people worry so much about what they're wearing, how much money they have, what car they drive, or even just they're hobbies. But everyone has created a society where those things matter the most and you are based on how much money you have, what you wear, and stupid things like that. I'm still in high school, but in a couple of years I'll be out of here and I know it won't matter what I wore for the first day of school or how many upperclassmen i befriended. I still spend 10 minutes in the mornings figuring out how to fix my hair and putting together the perfect outfit, but why does it even matter? If I've made a difference in somebody's life they're going to think of me as the girl who was "always so nice" or "always so funny". They aren't going to look back and think she was wearing a yellow Guess shirt with adorable Louis Vuitton shorts when she helped me pick up all my books in the hallway after getting book checked. It's not going to matter 10 years from now, so why does it even matter so much now? In our society you'll never please everyone so I don't get why people waste so much energy trying. Be yourself and don't worry what they think because they'll get over it. And in the end, the people who love you for you, don't care how much money you have or what kind of car you have.
