   No you are correct, he is a conman, the confirmation email I received contained a city link ref number and when I input this in to the city link tracking site it says it has been delivered to Ipswich (I'm in Warwickshire) after contacting John several times all he says is "we only use RM", well I have contacted RM and they confirmed nothing send by SIW to me...........I will not let him get away with this as used to work foe a dept that 'resolved' issues such as this and as this appears to be willfull fraud I will pursue this until it is resovled

    

   John FYI - Fraud Act 2006  - A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable—(a) on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12months or to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum (or to both);(b) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding

   10 years or to a fine (or to both).

   My first action will to lodge a formal complaint with the police and trading standards and then pursue from there, I will start this process in due course as need to allow a certain amount of days until this can happen and as John is a sole trader he is fully accountable.
