I just received the second order i've placed with SIW. Each time I paid extra for tracked shipping and I received my order in 7-8 days. I order from this site because they have a really good selection of herbal incense and happened to have the four i really wanted to try (spiced diamond spirt and magic silver -both of which were wayyyy too strong for me, or maybe I used too much, but I didn't like either one and also mojo and yucatan fire - these are supposed to be more euphoric and mellow scents.) I worry that one time I will not get my order, but so far so good. They have always responed to my inquiries either within hours or the next day. So, so far so good but i'll post again if I ever do get ripped off. I HAVE been ripped off by grasscity though. I ordered a really pretty bong from them and it took more than 2 weeks to get it. when i finally did it was not only the wrong item, but it was broken. they refused to refund tmy money but sent me a replacement. another 2 weeks later I yet again got the wrong item AND it was broken. I filed a grievance with my bank and got my money back after they stop responding to my emails after they f***ed up for the second time. all they had to do was refund my money in the first place since they weren't capable of even sending the right item, let alone in one piece. i wouldn't ever order from these clowns again; but i do recommend SIW. just be sure to pay extra for tracking and use alertpay. SIW should def use paypal instead though; kind of weird they don't.

Okay I feel as though a partial apology is in order... after I called them scumbags!!! I recieved my order - over a month later though, so still terrible service - tracked postage seems like a good option if you are patient, as they are cheap

Hello, i recently ordered by SIW as well. I did pay immediately with moneybookers
and didn´t get any confirmation mail or answer (sended 4 emails).
Ok so i thought i may contact them over Skype, which worked great. But the bad was SIW was telling me that they don´t deliver what i wanted to my country.
When asking him to refund the money then he bacame very unfriendly... Telling me to jack off or order something else.
I told him:"No need to become unfriendly!"
And he just answered:"BYE!"He forced me to order shit i didn´t want or to just give him my money...
This is defineately NOT a way to deal with customers! And i am a really friendly person, he was the one that searched the fight but i didn´t do him the favour.The order didn´t arrive till now but even if it does i feel pretty ripped off and mad about how this guy is talking and acting to his customers.
Its not even secure to buy your stuff there! The site is a joke and full of vulnerabilities, it whould be easy to poison the dns cache and send the visitors to a site where they see the truth! But Bind 9 is not the only vulnerability, SIW is vulnerable against at least 2 SQL Injections and several XSS Attacks as well. Even the outgoing smtp server is non auth. which means someone could just send emails from them over their server with malicious content etc.
I won´t get too detailed, but anybody that knows a bit about security can for sure confirm all these and more vulnerabilities.
Usually i help people when i see stuff like this (It´s my job) But in your case i will be happy to see you going crazy finding your security holes before someone else does, hehe....What you give is what you get, make others angry and you will get angry...;)
I will not be the one that will rip you off, but someone with just a bit knowledge could rip your whole company off so better get your ass up and work on yourself and your website instead of threatening others...
To the individuals that are planning to buy there i can just say better stay away if you are not seeking trouble...

I recieved my order in 6 days. I thought I was gonna lose out on $90 after I stumbled upon this site. I dont know what everyone elses issues were but my order came. No I did not get an email or any notification. When I logged in to his site the only thing that might have changed was at the bottom of your order it said items shipped. So maybe he needs to work on his notification process but I WILL order from him again. Fire N Ice for $25.......... no one else will get my money from now on. I feel bad for the site owner losing business over this rant. Maybe this person was ripped off but I am VERY happy with my purchase.
