   I'd say the odds are 95% to 5% in favour off gettin your order. I,ve used SIW and the service is second to none. I've never had any prob's with my orders and even if I do. I'm sure I wont be rantin and ravin like you are. all you need is a recipt i.e. the email you got when purchasing the item and you can claim a refund via royal mail
