IS recordered delivery the same as the tracking option? I paid 7 pounds to have tracking to the states; is this what you're talking about? thanks!

I was disappointed to stumble across this blog. Whoever started this one is obviously the type of person who likes to rant and cause trouble for the sake of it and probably contacted SIW in an angry and inappropriate way (if indeed at all)! I've bought from many head shops over the years and SIW is a respectable company and the cheapest out there by a huge margin. I've bought from them on a number of occasions with orders around the £50 mark. I stupidly opted for free delivery at first (not a mistake I'm likely to repeat) and on one occasion the envelope was obviously tampered with by someone in the RM and all the contents removed apart from a free pack of skins. I contacted SIW immediately and politely explained the situation. They were very helpful and got back to me within the hour then sent replacement goods straight away even though they weren't obliged too. The only thing I would advise anyone to do when ordering is to pay the £1.50 for recorded delivery and then you are sure to get everything intact and incredibly quickly. Don't opt for free delivery! I've had no more items go missing since doing this and will continue to buy from them.
