Since SIW sent me my first order with no problems I decided to place another order with them. I'll post again and let you guys know what happens. But so far, they have the best site: easy to navigate, looks good, can check status of shipment (although I think it just always says "processing" so not sure how helpful that really is) and more importantly, the best products and the best prices. I wish they carried more herbal incences like spice gold/tropical, puff, enigma, sence, and so on, but what they do have is very good and their prices are very reasonable. I pay extra for tracked shipping to be on the safer side. I also wish the communication was better. You don't really get any confirmation from the company when you purchase letting you know they received your order (only a receipt from alertpay), and I had to ask if they shipped the last time (no notification of shipment sent to email). But if my package gets to me in a week like it did the last time, then I can live without the confirmation. He shipped lightening fast the last time; my order went out the very next day. A+ service there. But I just like to be assured that my package has been sent and is on its way and not have to worry about it or bother them with emails.
So, until i get my next order . . .
Website: A- Selection of Merchandise: A Communication: B- (needs to confirm shipment through email and on the website under status information so you don't have to guess)
Processing/Shipping Time: A+ Prices: A+
Hope all goes well this time around. Will update.

I recently placed an order with SIW before I read any online reviews. I live in the states and paid over $50 with alertpay, so my shipment included tracking. At first I was worried I would be scammed because a. I normally only purchase items online with a credit card or with paypal (It seems a little sketchy this shop does not offer these payment options) and b. I read the reviews. I received shipping info within one or two days of placing the order and I received my shipment about seven or eight days later. I'm very happy with my purchase, and I have to admit that my emails of inquiry ( i had a couple questions regarding shipping/tracking info) were answered very quickly -- within an hour in one case. I would like to think that I could always order from this company without incident, but the bad reviews have me worried. Also, some of the posts made on behalf of the company seemed kind of unprofessional and reactionary. Almost bordering childish or unstable even. They do have a very good selection of products though, and excellent prices. Maybe too good to be true? Not sure if I will reorder from this company since it seems like if your item gets lost in the mail you are not offered a replacement item. Recently I ordered a very expensive glass vaporizer from an online business. I never received the package. I called them to see if they could track the item and they determined it must have been lost in the mail. They promptly sent me another piece, which I received within 3-4 days. I told them i would return their merchandise if I happened to receive the origional shipment (but I never did receive it). That's a company I would purchase from again. I've had other online companies either refund my money or send me another item if it never shows up at my door. If this company replaced your item (didn't make you try to get it back from royal mail) I would be a little more confident ordering from them. I mean, some people do lie and say they didn't receive their package rip off online companies, but most people don't do this and really they could only get away with this once with a company. Also many companies require you to sign for the package to proof you either did or did not receive it. This takes care of that issue; if you didn't sign, you didn't get it, so your item should be replaced or your money refunded. It's up to the company to try to get their money back from the postal service. May or may not reorder from them; if I do I guess i would just pray they don't scam me.
