   Let's present more facts and analyze them to prove claims of both sides. Who runs MUC, who ran it before? How would you run it to make it a inclusive place? We all donate money, promote it by advertising on the newsletter, and after all it is a 501 (C) (3) entity and everybody has the right to inspect the books, records, and participate in the management. Don't you agree?
