Nobody took a look at the issue who hadn't seen the issue before. The Birther movement was already widely known and sides had already been chosen. Nothing has changed. The Birthers have only gone through yet another cycle of getting their hopes up only to have them dashed upon the rocks and the anti-Birthers have had yet another opportunity to laugh at them. That's all. Nothing has changed.

It's not a stain. It's a piece of tobacco. I unforunately discovered the typographical error after everything else had been done. Because it was next to the fold I thought I would add a litle authenticity so I moistened the tobacco, folded the top of the page over and pressed on it to create the corresponding brown coloured stain above the fold. Because the piece of tobacco wasn't adhered to the page, it fell off when I picked up the document after photographing it.
