Hi, sealevelnsinking@gmail.com is my email. If anyone has the time, I'd like their true experience with this website, as I have just placed an order. It was only 23 quid, but I'd like to know if I may be looking at 23 quid in the hole.I never assume, and I won't be all "f this site" or anything...if my order is lost(or not sent), i'll just get over it and move on with my life..but i'd like a heads up just incase.

I personally won't deal with a company who claims to be UK based but uses American payment systems to force you into sending cheques or postal orders. As soon as you see something quirky like that I advise to run a mile in your best running shoes. A reputable site should offer paypal, the usual UK debit card and credit card options as these provide payment protection for the buyer. Only allowing for credit card purchases is DODGY and this lack of paper trail is unneccesary, in my opinion, as the product is still legal. For the seller to not want to leave a paper trail is very dodgy indeed.
Having read the majority of this blog, in my opinion all the positive comments about this site have been written by the same person. The typos and intonation are similar as is the style of approach. I would say the only genuine comments are the complaints.
What I would suggest if these complaints are unfounded is the seller be paypal registered as a sign of good faith that customers money is protected.
Never send cheques without a visible product people, get internet savvy

Oh,
and another thing. It is only the vendor who can apply to the royal mail for a refund as they are the ones with proof of postage. if the customer is to apply, proof of postage must be sent to the customer to enable this to happen. Whoever wrote all those posts about Royal mail is misinformed. This applies for both recorded and standard delivery as proof of posting can be gained for both.

Paypal do not support Herbals websites, very few payment processors do! Alertpay offer the same payment protection to the buyer as Paypal! There is an accurate trail with all transactions, in 2010 very few transactions are paper based! SIE send all customers items to them before their cheque clears!!
