I also wonder why the spice incense warehouse message boards are down.. because of all the unhappy ripped off customers??
According to the consumer direct website the seller MUST give you their address when paying in advance!

I'd advise the op and anyone else who has been ripped off by this unsavoury company to make a complaint with consumer direct.
