   Having heard countless horror stories of packages supposedly "lost in the mail", and having gone through the same thing myself, I am fairly confident that Spiced Incense Warehouse is indeed a SCAM. I have ordered from dozens of different herbal sites and never had a problem until SIW.

   People saying to claim of Royal Mail are clearly idiots (or SIW employees) that do not understand how compensation claims work. The person that posted the item is responsible for making the claim, but SIW will tell you that their claim is unlikely to be successful. This is despite the fact that Royal Mail usually pay out on small claims unless they suspect fraud.

   In short: DON'T BUY FROM SPICED INCENSE WAREHOUSE!

   SIW IS NOT A SCAM IN ANY WAY, IN FACT TO THE CONTRAY THE DELIVERY IS ON TIME ALMOST EVERY TIME AND THE PRICES ARE THE LOWEST ANYWHERE, OVERALL I HAVE SAVED HUMDREDS SHOPPING THERE OVER THE LAST 12 MONTHS, THIS GOES TO SHOW JOHN'S COMMITMENT TO THE BUSINESS AND IN DELIVERING AN UNBEATABLE SERVICE BOTH ON THE PRICE AND DELIVERY OF GOODS.
