Okay everyone, people are entitled to their opinion and you can not get in trouble for voicing your opinion. I would still shop somewhere if someone said something bad about it as long as there weren't hundreds of people reporting the same issues. Now that "John Heron of Spiced Incense Warehouse" is attempting to stop freedom of speech I will not shop there ever, not that I even like incense. That is crazy that people go ape shit about some person's bad review on service. If you all would have just ignored the post it would not have gotten as much attention as it has and therefore would not be such a big deal BUT you people HAD to put your 2 cents in. I have gone to many post here, people needing support and so on and they have NO COMMENTS left for them but this post got you all ralled up uh! I don't know about other countries-but the USA is known for our freedon of speech. If any of you commenting think that we shouldn't have that freedom and you are in the USA then you should be ashamed of yourselves. I value my freedon to say as I want whether anyone agrees or not. Whether it be bad or not we have the RIGHT to speak our minds. I bet you if I wrote some nice comments about a place, NO ONE would even bother to look at the post. Go sell some incense and stop getting mad at ONE person for saying something mean and probably not completely true. Anyone who bases there opnion based soley on one person's OPINION you may not want as a customer anyway. The owner of the store needs to show people that he is mature, smart and a overall good person by NOT participating in a "battle" about the one incident. Something like this would have been a lot more mature and decent to say:
It has come to my attention that a customer that recently purchased items from me was unhappy with his service. I was currently in the process of working with this customer to resolve the issue but unfortunately he has decided to go beyond what I would consider reasonable. Please know that here at SIW we are dedicated to making your shopping experience a good one. Thank you for supporting us!
That would have been a lot better then spouting venom or getting specific on the matter. Work on your coping skills a bit when it comes to running a business, there will ALWAYS be people who do not agree or did not have the best exerience with your business.

im also one of the people who got ripped off by SiW. Ordered some herbs worth 200$ but never recived anything. When i mailed them thay said they would compensate me, but after that stopped answering my mails. So i agree with the warning. Dont order from SiW, John seems to be a selective scammer.
Its wierd lots of packages get "lost" (or never been sent!!) in the mail when order from SiW. Never happens to be from somewhere else.
So dont order from these shitbags.

It seems to me these are all grievances regarding lost mail which effects every business worldwide equally and is not a result of anything SIW can or should have done. It is an unfortunate fact of life that items go missing everyday. I would imaagine the company would quickly refuse to deal with anyone lying, writing abusive mail and generally being ouyt of order. siw Im sure has far better things to do than interfere with your $100 items!!

The item offcourse was lost in the post. NEVER SENT
  I asked for rd to ensure John sent the package. He didnt and after contact WITH HIM was simply told to contact the royal mail. I might add that they are looking into SIW due to the high claims of lost mail from SIW customers.
  Any offers of a refund or replacement of order NO SO 36quid out of pocket i have friends who can tell the same stories as myself.
  AVOID SPICED INCENSE WAREHOUSE or you will be spiced for sure
  JOHN HERON IS A SCAMMER AND A THIEF
