        I am not attacking you just stating the truth on this end. I have had nothing but good experiences with Mr Goddeau. If you have not I ask that you post some type of proof rather then just posting accusations on a website. 

        Unless you post some type of evidence unfortunately this will go back and forth and I am too busy to get into it with someone on a blog, so I look forward to your info and if not please don't waste my time with a response.

        The fact is if there is a problem with doing business with Mr. Goddeau I would really appreciate as would anyone else a little more insight.

      I am not trying to discourage you and want to find a way for us to move forwards.  Can I suggest that rather than 4000 copies, you initially purchase a more reasonable 1000 copies of the software up front @ $400 a copy.  Then I bring the source code over, and then, when you have done some of your development work, you pay for the other 3000.  We both comprimise a little this way.

      Finally, we are creating functions that will enable users to use AOL Instant Messenger, MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, ICQ, and Microsoft Chat.
      Also working on a button labeler, windows classes and styles, and registration scheme. One last note: the problems encountered with newer video cards, can be fixed by using Assembly language, and we have nearly all addressable functionality written. Using Segment::Offset Addressing in the video environment will fix most of these problems, and we can implement this right into your source code. Functions are being created to use either Chipset-Specific code, BIOS-Specific code, or VISA if the chipset is not supported.
      If all of this works with your code, for all of your products, you could be a wealthy man, and have the leading rain in assistive technology markets here in the US with our help. His email was technical and sounded like he really wanted to do business with you. Your email response to him however was obviously about verbal communication you had with him.

        Also it is not a scam to pull out of business with someone. Him deciding not to move forward with you guys does not constitute a scam.  These emails are dated almost four years ago. He must really have made you mad to still be going after him all these years later.

          I too feel as if Richard Goddeau is not honest and forthright.  I have several months of e-mails from him promising approvals, transfers, and finally delivery of an aged corporation with funding in place.  I have been told several different "stories" as to why I do not have the deal completed.  He charged me an advance fee to be an affiliate of his company and promised the corporation.  I have not received the corporation as of this date nor have I been able to contact him in the last two weeks.  He stated that the package was being delivered and must have gotten lost in the mail.  He maintains that he send packages under "free matter for the blind" and that he can trace the package.  The US Postal Service states that this is Class D bulk mail and cannot be traced, yet Richard told me the package was in DC, then PA and finally was going to arrive in NJ, that was over a month ago.  I am requesting a full refund of my affiliate fees and I will consider this a lesson learned.  He DID NOT deliver on any of his promises after telling me story after story after story.

        i have been dealing with Mr. Goddeau for the past 2 years.  He was very slow in delivering the products promised.  I did finally receive them but since then the lines of communication have been bad.  There were other items promised that have not been delivered.  But I must say with the products I have received I can continue without him.  But I paid for services and items that are mine only because I paid for them.  And I will continue to pursue Mr Goddeau one way or the other.  What I mean is through legal means or just through him doing as promised.  I do think Mr. Goddeaus' operation is a one man operation.  And I believe he is in way over his head.  The only other person I have heard that does what Mr. Goddeau is attempting to do is a gentleman named Dave Gass.  Has anyone heard anything concerning his business practices?
