Feb. 17, 2011 Vermont State Tax Dept. sends me an e-mail stating "your account is all set" and then on Feb. 24, 2011 I receive a letter demanding I fill out "Form 4822" which does not exist under Vermont statutes anywhere. VERMONT GOVERNOR PETER SHUMLIN
